Integrated forum wiki can be acheived by using media wiki with an add on that links media wiki with phpBB forum which this is.

See here for media wiki (same one as used for wikipedia by the way)
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki

and here for how to integrate it to the phpBB forum so that only forum members can log into the wiki with their fourm user/password:

Hi Than,

Wow, you do have quite a wish list! Thanks for your thoughts. I'll have to pour over these more when I return. I'm not good at modifying the code (and a bit leary after reading so many Admins that messed up their forums by altering code), but I can do some. So far, I've mainly stuck to adding new post formatting options and such.
Right now we use a large, hidden forum for brainstorming on the game, working on projects and such as it keeps everyone right here, everything together in one place and close to home. Gicker's mentioned a couple options before, including a wiki, but so far the hidden forum is working well. But like I said, I'll go over these more soon. Thanks again.

Ok, let's test this out:
I typed in a web address (to one of my other sites), highlighted it and then hit the "website" button. Works, but you can't see the whole web page shrunk down. Still, it could be handy. :D

Youtube test:

Yay, it works, and what better test than to toss up Pippa's cool animation! Thanks, Than! Let's try another!

Ok, I put up the mp3 button, but I can't think of an example to do off the top of my head, so I can't test it. Someone else want to test this with some appropriate audio? The only problem with some of these, Than, is that spammers can use the website and Youtube ones to put something offensive up, but hopefully we'll be able to avoid all that.

Parchment test:
Tell a friend about QT Games and Cosmothea...
and win a FREE Hummer! (ok, just kidding, duh!)

Hm ... not sure what I did wrong on this one. Than? Also, it would be nice if it were possible to force the parchment not to get larger than the available window, which is, I can't remember, under 600 px or something. To avoid the scroll bars, which never look that nice. Thoughts?

Even more important to me than having cool tools for the site is having a forum that works really smoothly, with few headaches. Regarding a dice roller, I'm very happy with the one gicker made on the main site. I'm not sure if others would prefer to use an in-post roller, but I'm happy to keep using what we have, especially if it's more stable. I'm trying to avoid as many forum altering goodies as I can - I mean specifically those that alter the original files I downloaded for the site. The BB codes are fairly easy to implement.

A wish item for me would probably be a better Font Color palette as I've never been that thrilled with the one that came with the software.

As for the parchment one - assuming we can get it working right, that's pretty neat, but when all is said and done, the more you use it on the site, the less special it will become. So, stuff like that should be used sparingly, I'd think. Still neat though.

The parchment should resize to available window.

As far as not seeing it, you need to download and un-zip the directory from:
http://www.pbpmap.com/framesRPG.zip

And ensure the un-ziped version goes into the same directory as where this file is (i.e. the top level of the directory) :
index.php

Also on this one don't worry as there is no chance it will break your forum as it's just a new directory of images for the parchment sides and courners.

You can see an example of it working at:
http://www.pbpmap.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3397

If it still doesn't work try specifying the full rather than relative path to the images for the parchment, i.e. replace the HTML BB code replacement text with:
<div style="margin: 0 auto;">
<table border="0"cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
<tr>
<td background="http://www.qt-games.com/phpBB3/framesRPG/frame_7/frame-01.gif" width="50" height="50"></td>
<td background="http://www.qt-games.com/phpBB3/framesRPG/frame_7/frame-02.gif" height="50"></td>
<td background="http://www.qt-games.com/phpBB3/framesRPG/frame_7/frame-03.gif" width="50" height="50"></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td background="http://www.qt-games.com/phpBB3/framesRPG/frame_7/frame-04.gif" width="50"></td>
<td style="background-color:#DFCFA9; PADDING-LEFT: 10px; PADDING-RIGHT: 10px;">{TEXT1}</td>
<td background="http://www.qt-games.com/phpBB3/framesRPG/frame_7/frame-05.gif" width="50"></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td background="http://www.qt-games.com/phpBB3/framesRPG/frame_7/frame-06.gif" width="50" height="50"></td>
<td background="http://www.qt-games.com/phpBB3/framesRPG/frame_7/frame-07.gif" height="50"></td>
<td background="http://www.qt-games.com/phpBB3/framesRPG/frame_7/frame-08.gif" width="50" height="50"></td>
</tr>
</table>
</div>

This site has a bunch of decent rpg guitar sounding mp3's you can link to:
Press on the little green boxes with the down arrow on to hear or right mouse click and copy link location to get the link to use in the mp3 posting button.
