Movies, films, cinema

Sooner or later treads seem to be about some movie or other so...

Kiding. the real reason why I'm making this new thread is Talantis Channel having uploaded some nice short films which I saw at the yearly Animation festival back when I was still studying animation in Brussels.
Actually just the first one, but you'll like the second too, guaranteed.

EDIT - eh, little help here?

I'm guessing you need more than "8AsBDo9hBFg&feature=g-all-u" for it to take a movie link. Probably something that starts with "http://" is what the forum software might be looking for. . . .

Yes, I believe warp9 is right, Pippa. Let's try that with Code Geass!

Yep, you need the whole link, http and all.

Oh boy anime freaks me out so much...

Yeah I only started erasing bits of the addresses when my first try (with http, the whole shebang) didn't work...
Weird, because I don't remember ever having had any problems embedding youtube vids.

That is kind of strange. . . .

I can get it to work with Bob's video,

But some others don't work. . . .

But some do. . . . (this is a strange video I was looking at, a video which I will admit that I don't fully understand)

It is interesting, because it still knows that your videos are links. . . .

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8AsBDo9h ... re=g-all-u

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ux5k0aNm ... re=g-all-u

I was thinking that the fact they were a bit longer than some of the other links might be a problem (so maybe it didn't understand that they were supposed to be links), but it is able to link to the URLs just fine. . . .

(cool videos BTW 8-) )

I dunno. Mine work fine. Odd. Very Odd. Some work. Some don't. Test:

Wow, what is up with that rat? I wonder if it's blind or something. It didn't seem to have full control over it's faculties. Insane? On drugs? I dunno.

As for Code: Geass, that was a wonderful series. I saw them all and hope they make more.

Wee, it's almost my birthday! And my sister said she was going to take my family out to the movies as my present! So, if all works out, we're going to see Prometheus! Hopefully they didn't mess it up like they did Alien 3 and 4. Alien and Aliens are among my all time favorite movies (especially Aliens!) Here's a Prometheus trailer!
